Muir residents to have their say at special consultation events
RESIDENTS can have their say at a series of ground breaking consultation events being held by Muir Group Housing Association.
Contrary to the well-worn phrase ‘there’s no such thing as a free lunch’, that’s exactly what Muir are offering to residents wanting to attend any one of the three resident engagement events being held across the country.
Taking place in Chester, Burnley and Huntingdon, Muir wants to discuss the work it has already been doing with some residents as it reviews both the services we offer, as well as what the Association's future resident governance and involvement structure should look like.
The events, which each have spaces for up to 20 residents, will go ahead from 10am-3pm with lunch and refreshments provided.
Mark Pearson, Muir’s Assistant Director of Communities and Customer Service (pictured) said: “This is a great opportunity for residents to get involved and tell us what they think.
“I would encourage Muir residents to make the most of these events and we very much look forward to hearing their thoughts.”
The events are as follows:
- Friday 9th June – Muir Head Office, 80 Lightfoot Street, Hoole, Chester,
CH2 3AL
- Tuesday 13th June – McCartney House, Mowlands, Godmanchester near Huntingdon, PE29 2NJ.
- Thursday 15th June – Lodge House, Lodge Square, Cow Lane, Burnley, BB11 1NN.
With a maximum of 20 spaces available at each event, places fill up fast, so register your attendance now.
If you are interested in attending, please email us at info@muir.org.uk or call 0300 123 1222, stating which event you would like to attend.
