Muir service officer to chair meeting at prestigious NLG conference
A REPRESENTATIVE of Muir’s housing services team is to chair a meeting at a conference of the National Leasehold Group.
Suzanne Murphy, Leasehold Service Officer at the Muir Group Housing Association head office in Chester, will chair the section of the conference concerning Handling Disrepair/Defective Buildings when it commences in Manchester on June 9th.
The topic will cover items including asset management, absentee leaseholders and how disrepairs are handled.
Suzanne said: “I am absolutely delighted to be taking part in this prestigious NLG event as a representative of Muir Group Housing Association.”
Having worked at Muir Group Housing Association since 1994 Suzanne has gained extensive experience in all home ownership and leasehold management service areas during her time in the field.
She has a national remit and is passionate and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Suzanne is a member of the National Leasehold Group, as well as being an active steering group representative, and is pivotal to the successful delivery of the conference being staged by NLG.
Taking place at the Manchester Central Conference Centre, the NLG event is aimed at housing associations and other applicable organisations that practice Leasehold and Shared Ownership management.
