MUIR SHORTLISTED IN FOUR CATEGORIES AT ESTEEMED NORTHERN HOUSING AWARDS
MUIR’S 44-home Watson Road development is among four categories the Association has been shortlisted for in the 2022 Northern Housing Awards.
What was the Association’s largest single development for a decade has been shortlisted for Best Development for Social/Affordable Rent, with Muir’s Assets and Growth Team, and the Association’s approach to resident involvement and employee wellbeing, all being recognised by this year’s awards panel.
The Northern Housing Awards showcase the commitment of housing associations, local authorities, contractors and suppliers to the affordable housing sector each year.

- Best Approach to Employee Wellbeing
- Best Development for Social / Affordable Rent (Watson Road - pictured)
- Best Resident Involvement Initiative
- Northern Housing Team of the Year
The finals of the Northern Housing Awards will take place in May.
