MUIR THANKS RESIDENTS AS THE BIG CHAT GOES MASSIVE AT UK AWARDS!

RESIDENTS have been recognised by Muir for making sure The Big Chat ‘went massive’ after the campaign was shortlisted at the prestigious UK Housing Awards.

Jackie Perry, Muir’s Assistant Director of Communities and Customer Service said residents had played an “invaluable” role in helping to shape the Association’s new Customer Promise and enriching their overall customer experience at Muir.

Shortlisted in the Campaign of the Year category, the announcement recognises the work done by Muir to get to the heart of what matters most to residents.

The Association is now using the information residents provided to develop a new Customer Promise and enhance the overall customer experience.

“For this campaign to be shortlisted at the UK Housing Awards shows how dedicated Muir is to providing a great customer experience.

“We are proud that you have been so ready to help us do the things that matter most to you.”

Big Chat picture Staff hit the streets to chat with residents about their customer expectations throughout April and May this year as they took The Big Chat right to residents’ doors, with work now ongoing to implement the changes residents wished to see.

The UK Housing Awards, sponsored by Inside Housing, celebrate the ingenuity, creativity, passion and results of housing organisations across the UK and take place this November.
