MUIR TO RE-INTRODUCE SERVICES AS COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS EASE

MUIR is finalising plans to re-introduce more of its services for residents as the Government eases lockdown restrictions.

A letter to social housing residents by the Minister for Housing (available here) recently provided information and expectations about how landlords can operate.

And Muir is preparing to relaunch more of its services as it finalises measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents and staff can be maintained.

“We want to reassure residents that any services we can re-introduce at this stage will be done so delicately and sensitively as we prioritise health and safety.” Jackie Perry, Muir’s Assistant Director of Communities and Customer Services (pictured) said.

Muir staff“As soon as we are confident of being able to do this, we will announce which services are to be changed in line with the changing COVID-19 restrictions.

“If you have not already done so, I would encourage residents to read the letter sent to them by the Minister for Housing, Christopher Pincher MP, to understand how Muir may operate in the best interests of residents as those restrictions are eased.

“Thank you for your continued understanding and support.”

Further updates will be provided at www.muir.org.uk as soon as they are available.
