MUIR’S BEAUTIFUL NEW SHARED OWNERSHIP HOMES COMPLIMENT PICTURE POSTCARD VILLAGE
THE first eye-catching properties have been handed over to Muir at its latest impressive housing development.
Two fabulous new shared ownership bungalows were unveiled in the picturesque village of Baston in Lincolnshire, with 11 more homes set to follow in the next six weeks.
Both properties were sold before the work was such is the interest in the popular development taking place on the edge of the fantastic Fenlands as Muir maintains its commitment to keeping communities together in rural areas.
The two-bed bungalows will be followed by another three for shared ownership, including a three-bedroom property, while a further eight houses and bungalows will be made available for affordable rent.

Baston, in South Keveston, Lincolnshire, sits aside a historic roman road leading across The Fens.
The village has a population of 1,440 with just over 550 homes.
