NEW APPRENTICES HELPING TO SUPPORT CUSTOMERS AS THEY LAUNCH NEW CAREERS
NEW apprentices have started working with us as they embark on new careers while supporting customers, colleagues and learning new skills.
Lauren Kemsley, 21, and 17-year-old Bethany Nixon, will join us for their 18-month apprenticeships as we work together with The Learning Foundry to help them their first steps in the housing sector.
They're already experiencing lots of opportunities to develop and grow as they help customers with issues and queries.
And they'll both receive key qualifications that will help unlock doors to a future career in housing.
"I'm really looking forward to supporting customers with any issues and learning from colleagues, said Lauren (right), who is working towards a Level Two Contact Centre Apprenticeship.
“I think this apprenticeship will give me a great springboard into a housing career.”
Bethany (below) is working with our housing teams to deliver services to customers as she works towards a Level Two Community Housing Apprenticeship.
She said: "It sounds like an interesting role and I like the idea of going out and meeting people to help resolve any problems.
“I'm also looking forward to completing assignments and being part of a team.”
“It's great to welcome our new apprentices to Muir,” Lily Vernon," Senior People and OD Advisor said.
“We're very proud of the apprenticeships we offer and delighted to support Lauren and Bethany as they begin new careers."
