NEW MUIR HOMES COME TO CROPPER AS DRONE FOOTAGE SHOWS WORK BEGIN
WORK on 31 more new affordable Muir homes has just got underway.
Muir is making all of the properties available for affordable rent, with a mix of one, two and three-bed options giving people and families in Fylde a range of new opportunities.
Groundworks have already started on the Cropper Road development consisting of 12 one-bed flats and four two-bed flats, six two-bedroomed houses and nine 3-bed homes.
“The range of properties Muir is providing at Cropper Road means there is something for everyone on this development,” Rob Kirkham, Muir Project Manager said.
“They will make great quality homes for residents.
“We’re thrilled to see work getting underway at the site and looking forward to seeing these properties climbing up until the day we welcome people and families through the doors for the first time.”
The new homes, being built by Chrome Services, are expected to be completed in October 2020 and are the latest being brought to the area by Muir after the Association completed a five-home shared ownership development at nearby Wrea Green earlier this year.
Muir also recently completed the first properties in a 44-home development at Watson Road in Blackpool, as the Association continues to make good on its promise to deliver more affordable homes to the region.
