NINE NEW HOMES PROVIDE ‘AFFORDABLE PROPERTIES TO BE PROUD OF’ IN CHESHIRE VILLAGE
NINE new homes are stepping onto the street in a Cheshire village as we provide people with more affordable properties to be proud of.
We’ve taken handover over six new homes for affordable rent, consisting of two three-bed houses and four one-bed apartments at Millbrook Meadow in Tattenhall.
And we’ve also secured a further three houses for shared ownership with Homes By Muir, helping people to get on the property ladder at prices they can afford.
“We’re really pleased to have worked with Millbrook Meadow Developments Ltd to provide these homes for people and families in Cheshire,” Annette Westwater, Muir Development Officer said.
“High house prices in rural villages can price people out of places they love, but these properties will help keep people in their community.
“We’re proud to deliver homes that can keep communities together and our Building New Homes strategy ensures we deliver new homes each year for people to be proud of.
“These homes are a great addition to the Tattenhall community and with one-bed apartments and two and three-bed houses available, there’s something to suit single people, couples and families in the area.”
These Tattenhall homes are the latest to be provided in our bid to deliver 500 new homes by 2027, as part of our Building New Homes strategy.
