PRIZE-WINNING ACCOUNTANT SAYS LIVING WITH MUIR SHOWS HER HOW GOOD SOCIAL HOUSING CAN BE
AN ACCOUNTANT who won £50 in a Muir competition says the Association’s website is a great way to access its services and news.
Assistant accountant, Melody Chanakira, was the winner of Muir’s August 2020 E-zine prize after her name was pulled from a hat of those who answered the three questions correctly.
Melody also says she’s really enjoying being a Muir resident, and that living with us for almost two years has shown her what a good experience social housing can be.
“I think the Muir E-zine is a very good idea and great for relationship building,” Melody said.
“I also find Muir’s website very straightforward and clear.
“It’s easy to navigate too so I think it’s very user friendly.
“It’s good to get an idea of some of the things happening at Muir.”
Melody explained her experience with Muir is her first of social housing, and that she’s enjoying being a resident with the Association.
“Muir have been very good to us and my Tenancy Services Officer, Jane, she’s very helpful too.”
