WHEN it’s time to give your bathroom a shiny new upgrade, Muir will be in touch.
A member of the MPS (Muir Property Solutions) team will arrange to visit you to discuss your requirements, colour scheme, and explain some of the things involved.
Upgrades take about ten working days on average, and any disruption will be kept t
o a minimum.
Your new bathroom is installed at no extra cost to you - so you don’t need to worry about paying anything other than your normal rent.
“We work with Muir residents to give them the bathroom they want, and try to ensure it is fitted as efficiently as possible,” said Steve Headley, Site Manager at MPS (pictured).
“Residents are able to remain in their homes while this work takes place, and when it’s complete they will have a brand-new bathroom that suits all of their needs.”
Bathroom upgrades form part of Muir Group Housing Association’s planned maintenance work.
