SPARKLING NEW BATHROOMS ARE CREATING GREAT NEW SPACES
SPARKLING new bathrooms are being polished in Warrington as we create great new spaces in people’s homes.
The new bathrooms are being completed for residents in Greenwood Crescent as part of our ‘Decent Homes’ planned maintenance programme – which ensures customers can enjoy homes to be happy in.

The latest bathroom upgrades are set to glisten in a dozen Greenwood Cresent homes – with each taking place during a transformation that only takes up to ten days.
“Seeing these new bathrooms installed really is fantastic,” Nick Collins, Muir’s Planned Maintenance Team Leader said.
“They make a massive difference for people and the finish on them is excellent.
“We give people a choice of tiles and flooring, so they get to enjoy a look they like the most.
“The ‘We’re Muir’ operatives work really hard on making sure the bathrooms look their best – with as little disruption to residents as possible.”

Stock Condition Surveys we do help us understand how we can improve our homes so they continue to reach the Decent Homes Standard – giving people great places to live and somewhere they can be proud to call ‘home’.
Muir Contracts Manager, Wayne Kenny said: “Our operatives love creating great new spaces for people.
“The bathrooms at Greenwood Crescent are a great example of how we work to help keep people happy in their homes.”
