TWO striking Blackpool buildings now house 18 new apartments for affordable living with Muir.
Work on the two Whitegate Drive buildings is complete with the apartments providing high quality affordable homes to people in Blackpool.
Pictures show how the new one and two-bedroom apartments, delivered by Paul Cook Developments, bring a bright new look to the stunning Blackpool skyline.
“We’re delighted to see how the finished buildings have become a fresh new addition to Whitegate Drive in Blackpool,” Alex Fury, Muir’s Assistant Director of Assets and Growth said.
“The apartment buildings look stunning and they’re providing great affordable housing options for people in the area.
“We’ve been really excited to see the end product as we regenerated this disused plot of land.

The development is the latest Muir development to boost the number of affordable homes in Blackpool and Fylde, with 100 new properties provided in Watson Road, Cropper Road, Warton and Wrea Green, as well as the new 18 Whitegate Drive apartments, since 2018.
