SURESERVE SET TO HELP YOU STAY SAFE AS WE MAKE SERVICE CHANGE
YOU’LL soon receive some services from a new provider as we work together with Sureserve to deliver our heating services.
From 21st September 2026, Sureserve will replace Liberty as our partner for the maintenance, servicing and repair of gas boilers, air source heat pumps and solid fuel appliances. It’ll mean from Monday, 21st September, you’ll see Sureserve operatives coming to your home whenever we provide any of these services to you.
“We’re making the move to Sureserve to enhance these services for customers,” Sofia McFadyen, Muir’s Head of Compliance said.
“We’ve listened to feedback from customers about the service and we’re making this change in response to your concerns, and to improve performance in this area. “We already work together with Sureserve in our East region and have confidence in their ability to provide an enhanced service in the North and Northwest too. “Sureserve have a longstanding history of maintaining the safety and efficiency of social housing and public buildings. “They’re well placed to help ensure you stay safe in our homes as we deliver on our Customer Commitment.”
