MUIR’S biggest ever resident event is coming straight to your community!
'THE BIG CHAT’ will be massive for Muir residents – a unique chance for you to shape Muir’s new Customer Promise and enhance your overall customer satisfaction and experience.
Your voice is vital to this conversation as THE BIG CHAT comes to you. We’ll be speaking with you about your service expectations as we create a customer experience that makes things easier, smarter and better for everyone.
Combined with Fun Days, coffee mornings, spring cleaning skip events and more, Muir staff are returning to the streets to reconnect with you and your community in a big way.
Also available to complete online here from now until May 31st, a host of ‘BIG CHAT’ community events in all regions are scheduled to take place during April and May where you can speak to Muir staff about your customer expectations as we embark on the biggest single resident engagement this Association has ever seen.
