OUR latest 21-home development is welcoming more new residents into our communities.
The two and three-bedroom rural Lincolnshire homes in Ketton have been made available for affordable rent and shared ownership with Homes By Muir.
We’ve received the final six properties to complete our 21-home commitment at the Chater Field site – working with Balfour Beatty to give families affordable lifestyles and help keep another rural community together.
“Affordable homes and shared ownership opportunities we provide help beat rising house prices in rural areas,” Alex Fury, Assistant Director of Development at Muir said.

The homes form part of our Building New Homes Strategy which promises to see us deliver 500 quality new affordable homes by 2027.
The Ketton homes are the latest in our commitment to providing more affordable properties in rural Lincolnshire over recent years, complementing previous developments in Bourne, Baston and Melton Mowbray.
