This opportunity has been co-designed with customers using feedback you provided in The Big Chat Chat – you told us you wanted more opportunities to get involved locally and influence the things happening in your community.

What you'll do...

You’ll work with us to help improve your neighbourhood, influence local priorities, and make sure the views and experiences of customers help shape the services and communities we all value.

 

Your local knowledge and insight can make a real difference.

 

You’ll work together with us to:

• Help spot any problems or issues affecting your neighbourhood. ​
• Assist with neighbourhood inspections or help agree improvement actions.
• Give feedback on how grounds maintenance, communal cleaning and other contractors are performing.
• Provide feedback from other residents about local issues or concerns affecting the neighbourhood and area they live – good and bad.
• Attend 'Regional Forums’ with Customer Voice Partnership members, where you can share views and feedback about our Neighbourhood Plans and other local priorities; which we'll take to our Customer Services Committee and Board to consider.
