MUIR maintenance teams will remain available for emergency repairs over the festive period.
The emergency only service will begin from 4pm on December 24th.
If you are left without power, your boiler stops working, your home becomes insecure, is seriously damaged or poses risk of injury, we’ll still honour our 24-hour response time – even on Christmas Day.
You should call 0300 123 1222 to report emergency repairs.
You can also email info@muir.org.uk to report non-urgent repairs over Christmas which we’ll respond to, along with social media messages, during the first week of January, 2021.
