WATCH - MUIR PROMISES TO CONTINUE BUILDING UPON POSITIVE RESIDENT SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS
THE 2020 STAR survey results show that Muir is among the top 25 percent of social landlords in the country.
Muir takes part in the annual Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR) to see how it performs against hundreds of other landlords across the sector.
Thousands of residents submit answers to the survey each year, and Muir says it will build on the positive results by listening to customer feedback in order to further strengthen services for residents.
“We want to build on these achievements, and we’ve been listening to your feedback to ensure we act in the areas that matter most to customers,” Liam Radford, Muir’s Customer Experience Manager said.
