MUIR continues to shine for residents as the sector’s latest STAR results put the Association firmly in the top 25 per cent of social landlords.
The Association was placed in the top 25 per cent in six of eight categories, and top half of the remaining two following the nationwide Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR).
It was responded to by thousands of residents from more than 250 social housing providers across the UK.
Data analyser, HouseMark, who work with housing associations to conduct the survey, said the 2019 edition “represents one of the largest resident consultation activities in recent years”.
Muir’s Executive Director of Operations, Sam Scott, welcomed the results as further proof of Muir’s continued hard work and commitment to residents.
“We are delighted to see Muir once again achieve such a strong set of results,” Sam said.
“Being a landlord people can trust is hugely important and these satisfaction results help to cement our status in this way.
“It’s fantastic to see that residents recognise the effort we put into enhancing our standards year-on-year.
