WATCH - NEW MPS FENCING IS HELPING TO REGENERATE A MUIR ESTATE IN BURNLEY
NEW fencing is breathing new life into a Burnley estate with Muir Property Solutions (MPS).
The MPS team are working on Higher Tentre and Lower Tentre to replace tired structures with brand new fencing and gates to the fronts and rears of properties.
Residents are already enjoying the difference the fencing improvements are making to the estate, saying its help bring a new look and feel to the area.
“I think the fencing looks a lot better now,” Patricia Brennan, Muir resident said.
“They’re doing a really good job of it and all the MPS lads working here are really nice.
“It’s made a big difference, and everyone here has been commenting on how good it looks.”
MPS Site Manager, Steve Headley, is also proud of the work being done to help regenerate the Higher Tentre and Lower Tentre estates.
“It’s great to work on a scheme like this when people can enjoy a real difference to their community when it’s completed,” he said.
“The MPS team are really enjoying the feedback from residents and that helps us feel proud of the work we’re doing.
“We love working with residents and communities to help people have pride of place and we’re pleased it’s giving people a feel-good factor about where they live.”
