OUR versatility means we can work with developers on new-builds large and small in both rural and urban areas.
We’re always open to the potential to provide new affordable homes in places where they’re needed most – with a track record of rural developments and urban growth ranging from pockets of a handful of homes to dozens of properties.
Whether it be our 50-home Ely development with national provider Vistry in Cambridgeshire, our 13-home Somersham development with local provider Rose Homes, our five-home development in rural Kelsall or our regeneration development of 29 homes in Ellesmere Port – we’re willing to work in all ways to make sure new affordable homes are always on the horizon.

Regenerative and larger developments allow us to increase our commitment to affordable housing in urban areas too – enabling larger developers to work with us on key projects that can make a real difference to the look and feel of a quickly expanding community.
