YOU can now report repairs online in My Muir!
The new ‘My Muir’ feature lets you report repairs* at the touch of a button in your very own customer portal.
It means you can tell us about your non-emergency repairs ‘online anytime’ in a way that suits you without the need to wait in any call queues – making things easier, smarter and better.

You’ll need your tenancy reference number and your activation code, which is being emailed to you on May 14th.
The ‘report a repair’ option is the latest feature that helps make ‘‘My Muir’ home to your own fabulous online world of services, also letting you - Access your rent account — Make payments — Report anti-social behaviour – lots more.
More than 1,500 residents are already using ‘My Muir’ on their phones, tablets and laptops! Log on now to make sure you’re getting the same online service they receive.
