The latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) results, published by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), place us in the top 25% for 16 out of 22 performance measures.

We also achieved 100% compliance across gas safety, fire and legionella risk assessments, asbestos management, and lift safety and responded to 100% of complaints within Housing Ombudsman timescales.
