YOUR NATIONAL RESIDENTS GROUP (NRG) HAS JUST RELEASED IT’S 2024-25 ANNUAL REVIEW!

YOUR National Residents Group has just released its latest Annual Review – showing how they work to make things easier, smarter and better for you! 

Their 2024-25 Annual Review, ‘Our Year’, explains how your NRG works with us to improve services you receive – putting customers at the heart of our decision making. 

You can also meet your new Chair of the NRG – Anne Parker.

By continuing to work together and strengthening our relationship with the Muir Board, we’ve created a stronger and more influential customer voice,” outgoing NRG Chair, Chris Bishop, who served in the role for five years said. 

Over the past year, we’ve worked closely with the Group Customer Service Committee to ensure new consumer standards are being met and services are delivering real value for money.

The NRG monitor the customer experience you receive from us, helping to change the way we do things including how we handle complaints, how we communicate with you, how we improve our repairs service and working with us to create a new Fairness and Respect Policy – to ensure we deliver on our Customer Commitment.
