Muir is committed to providing you with excellent services and so we are reviewing the way we deliver our community alarm service.   We want to give you more choice and improve value for money.

In the future you may just want a basic alarm service where your friends and family are alerted if you have a problem in your home.  New “telecare and Telehealth” technology could help you to live independently for longer by providing you with ways to monitor all kinds of health conditions as well as providing peace of mind.

We want to be able to offer the kind of service that meets your individual needs and we want to make sure that you only pay for the service you really want and need.

We will be contacting all our residents who are affected by this change in service in early 2016. We want to  discuss the kind of service that will meet your future needs and will make sure you have the right information needed to make the best decision for you and your family.
