MAINTAINING GOOD
GOVERNANCE
Good governance is key to maintaining high standards
and operating efficiently as a housing association.
Through lots of hard work, Muir is proud to have once

ratings awarded by the Homes and Communities Agency.
In 2016-17 we reviewed our corporate
priorities and grouped them under six
headings:
Maintaining Good Governance, Improving
Customer Satisfaction, Keeping People
Safe, Maximising our Assets, Building
New Homes and Retaining Talented and
Satisfied Employees.
We did this to enhance the focus we give
to all areas of work, and the services we
provide.
