OWNERS of our new shared ownership homes are having a ‘beautiful’ start to the New Year!
After getting the keys before Christmas, they’ve seen in 2026 at their new homes as they start new chapters in their lives, in more ways than one.
They took their little leap onto the housing ladder with the help of Homes By Muir and say they loved the service they received as they make their new house a home.
“We’re all very excited for this next chapter in our lives,” Jodie DeCiantis, a new Cromwell Abbey resident in Ramsey (pictured right) said.
“Completing on my shared ownership home was so easy and exciting.
“It meant I could afford a beautiful home for me, my girls and my dog which just happened to be round the corner from my sister and close to my mum.”
Jodie said the shared ownership option with Homes By Muir is helping to keep her family together while beating rising house prices as she can now afford a home in a place that’s important to her.
