The team confirmed they recently hit 100% compliance across all areas of gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, lift and water hygiene safety .
It shows how they take the ‘care about you’ and 'look after your home’ areas of our Customer Commitment seriously – helping to make sure you can remain safe and happy in your home.

The Compliance Team has grown to help ensure your home remains a safe place to live, conducting regular checks and reviewing certificates and reports we receive from contractors.
“We also have a rolling internal audit programme , to check that what we’re doing and what we’re reporting on is in line with our own policies and current legislation and best practice,” Sofia said.
