EVENTS in Muir communities helped set residents up to handle the ‘cost of living crisis’.
Tenancy Sustainment Officers provided financial and wellbeing support opportunities when they sat down with residents to discuss ways to help in Bradford, Blacon and Godmanchester.
The Muir officers, Sophie Powter, Daniel Turner and Leigh Mucedola helped residents learn ways to reduce household bills, obtain extra funding and secure vouchers.

“We had some great ‘Big Green Week’ events with residents where we could help them prepare for the rising cost of living,” Sophie said.
“It’s great to be able to support residents when times get tough – minimising financial concerns finding ways to cut costs.
“The events, at Gregory Court in Bradford, Blacon in Chester and McCartney House in Godmanchester were well attended and residents were pleased with the outcomes.”
