‘FANTASTIC’ FOUR-BED HOMES MEANS MUIR AFFORDABLE PROPERTIES FOR FAMILIES IN CHESTER
NEW four-bed homes are marching into Chester as Muir provides more properties for families near the walls of the historic Roman city.
Muir is working with developers, Archway Homes, to provide two shared ownership homes and two for affordable rent on disused brownfield land in Upton.
And they could provide families with a perfect springboard to 2023 with the first of the homes anticipated for completed in January next year.
“It’s fantastic to be bringing new four-bed homes to Upton in Chester,” Connor Rooke, Muir Development Officer said.
“It’s a really nice area and they are looking really good.
“We’ll be pleased to welcome new residents early in 2023 – giving people an exciting start to the New Year with affordable homes they can be happy in.
Both shared ownership homes have already been reserved off-plan with ‘Homes By Muir’ such has been the interest in these hotly-anticipated houses.
“We think families will be very happy with the quality of these homes and we’re really looking forward to seeing them move in, Alex Fury, Muir’s Assistant Director of Assets and Growth, pictured, said.
