FIND OUT HOW WE WORK TO RESOLVE ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR (ASB) FOR YOU

WE WORK with residents to resolve anti-social behaviour (ASB) – helping to keep people happy in our homes and communities.

This ASB Awareness Week (June 30th — July 6th) we’re reminding you about some of the support we provide for residents who are victims or witnesses of ASB – and how to report it.

Everyone needs good neighbours, but from time to time, relations can breakdown for a variety of reasons – over noise, differences in lifestyles, pets, parking, or the upkeep of communal areas and other issues.

Don’t suffer in silence. To learn more about ASB and how we can help, visit  www.muir.org.uk/anti-social-behaviour

Did you know you can now report ASB to us via your My Muir online account here: My Muir Account | Muir Group Housing Association

Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) show more than 78% of residents were happy with our approach to ASB in 2024-25.

Organised by R esolve, the UK’s leading ASB and community safety organisation, ASB Awareness Week features a series of events all across the UK involving Councils, Police Forces, Housing Associations, charities, community groups and sports clubs.

Recent YouGov research commissioned by Resolve found that almost 1 in 5 people have had to consider moving home because of the impact ASB was having on them; 1 in 10 have actually moved. Despite this, over half of those surveyed who were either a victim or witness of ASB did not report the ASB.
