FOUR NEW AFFORDABLE MUIR HOMES UNLOCK OPPORTUNITIES IN CHESHIRE VILLAGE

FOUR new homes are being provided for affordable housing by Muir after they unlocked new opportunities for villagers near Northwich.

Two one-bed homes have been made available for affordable rent while both a two-bed and a three-bed property have been secured for shared ownership – all at Acorn Gardens in Leftwich.

The properties, provided in partnership with housing developers CB Homes, are cutting the cost of the average new build in the village as Muir maintains its reputation for providing affordable new homes in rural communities.

kitchen“Creating affordable new housing options for the village can help keep families and communities together,” Annette Westwater, Muir Development Officer said.

“It’s brilliant to see them finished and hopefully they’ll allow people to enjoy affordable lifestyles without having to leave the lovely village they call ‘home’.

bathroom “Muir are committed to providing affordable homes where they’re most needed and we have a history of working in rural communities for more than half a century.

“We want these properties to make great homes and for them to support the Leftwich community as a whole.”
