A recent development in Bunbury, near Nantwich, saw Muir’s three-bed shared ownership homes (pictured) snapped up by people keen to take advantage of their affordability – starting at just £104,000 and vastly undercutting similar sized properties in the area priced on Rightmove at £295,000 in 2020.
“Rural housing plays a critical role in the sustainability of local communities,” Alex Fury, Muir’s Assistant Director of Assets and Growth (pictured) said.
“Muir provides shared ownership homes at a price that give people an affordable option to remain in rural areas, and the security of having their own home.
“We provide rural homes for affordable rent too, meaning people and families can live in a home that’s best for them, without putting a heavy pressure on their pocket.”
