IN A YEAR disrupted by COVID-19, Muir did whatever it took to continue providing homes and supporting services to residents.
Always working within Government guidelines, we proved we could continue to deliver under extreme pressure, ever changing circumstances, and stay true to our Caring, Responsive, Passionate, Inclusive, Dynamic and Honest values.
Muir showed residents that no matter what the situation, you remained our focus and priority in the most difficult of times.
With a workforce operating from home amid the challenges of family life, we adjusted our services to maintain their viability and efficiency throughout the pandemic; and appreciated your understanding as we did so.
This wasn’t just about COVID-19 however, we wanted to ensure we built for the future so we can maintain and enhance the quality of homes, levels of service and reliability you expect from us as a housing association.
