NEW RESIDENT FACTSHEETS PROVIDE MUIR HELPFUL INFORMATION
A COLOURFUL new Resident Factsheet library has just been unveiled on Muir’s website.
More than 25 Resident Factsheets provide information on almost anything you need to know as a Muir resident – including information on Your Tenancy, Grounds Maintenance, Estate Management, Fire Safety, Anti-Social Behaviour, Safety and Security and a whole lot more.
The Factsheets help residents manage tenancies and understand Muir’s policies and procedures.
Each Factsheet covers a different topic and is designed to give you support and advice to help you sustain your tenancy successfully.

“The Resident Factsheets are a great resource for residents to get answers, information and advice on a wide range of topics about their tenancy,” Emma Robinson, Muir’s Housing Services Manager said.
“I’d encourage residents to take a look and use the Factsheet library as a great ‘go to’ area for many of the things they’d need to know.
“The Factsheets have been designed in a really accessible way so they’re easy to follow and understand.
“They’re also available to download or to receive in the post.”
