PRETTY GREEN PLACES GET SOME GREAT TLC IN COMMUNITY SPACES
PRETTY green places have been getting some TLC in community spaces ahead of the cold season.
Our grounds maintenance contractor, Tivoli , has been ensuring hedgerows and verges are looking trim in the autumn months.
They’ve been active in areas including St Neots, Winsford and at our Tweedsmuir ‘Muir Living’ location in Chester – helping to keep people happy in their homes and caring for communities as we continue to ‘take a genuine interest in areas you live’ as part of our Customer Commitment.
“We know green spaces in our communities and really important to residents,” Simon Rudkin, a Muir Community Housing Manager said.
“We’re committed to keeping them looking lovely and making sure residents can continue to take pride in places where they live.
“Having great green spaces gives communities a feel-good factor and we’re pleased to help keep people feeling happy in their homes.
“It’s important to look out on to cared for communities from windows, or when leaving or returning home.
“They can make a valuable difference to people’s wellbeing and help maximise people’s quality of life.”
The Tivoli team are regularly out enhancing green spaces in our communities throughout the year.
“We’re proud to work with Tivoli to deliver a key grounds maintenance service for customers,” Emma Robinson, Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods said.
