THANK YOU all for your patience during recent days as we received unprecedented call volumes to our customer service team due to freezing temperatures.

We appreciate many of you experienced long waits to reach us as we attempt to answer calls and attend the hundreds of sudden emergency repairs that have arisen during this time.

Repairs teams have worked throughout the weekend to restore heating and hot water to homes wherever lost, fix burst pipes and provide temporary heaters wherever necessary.

We understand this may have been a distressing time for anyone finding themselves without working heating or hot water.

If you are yet to receive a visit from a maintenance team or receive a call regarding a heating or other emergency issue you’ve reported, please be assured we will get to you.

We continue to prioritise emergency repairs at the moment.

As such our response times to answering non-emergency repairs messages may be a longer than usual.
