CROMWELL ABBEY HOMES COMPLETE AS DEVELOPMENT OFFERS ‘SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE’
WE’VE received the final properties on a ‘fantastic’ new 40-home development.
Providing a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership homes, the Cromwell Abbey development in Ramsey consists of two, three and four-bedroom houses, two-bed bungalows and one-bed maisonettes.
They’d already been welcoming new residents ahead of the scheme’s completion, giving us more new homes to provide for people in Huntingdonshire that offer something for everyone.
“It’s wonderful to see this development completed, and to see new residents enjoying living in this Cromwell Abbey community,” Annette Westwater, Muir Development Officer said.
“We’ve worked with developers, Vistry Partnerships Limited, to provide a great blend of properties that offer people and families a fantastic range of opportunities.
“With 12 of these 40 homes made available for shared ownership with Homes By Muir, we really are trying to satisfy all needs – helping people onto the property ladder.
“And with 28 properties for affordable rent, we’re providing many affordable options for people to remain in places they love.”
The Cromwell Abbey development is the latest to be completed in our bid to build 500 new homes by 2027, as part of our Building New Homes strategy.
