HELP US FIGHT BACK AGAINST FLY-TIPPING SO YOUR COMMUNITIES REMAIN CLEAN AND CARED FOR

HELP us fight back against fly-tipping as we work to ensure your communities remain clean and cared for.
We know you take pride in your communities, and we ‘Take a genuine interest in the area you live’ as part of our Customer Commitment.
Make sure you can remain happy in your homes by reporting fly-tipping issues to us whenever you see someone putting rubbish in places you’re proud of.
“We’ve been listening to your feedback on fly- tipping, and we want to act by working with you to help keep your communities clean and safe,” Jamie Hogarth, Muir Tenancy Services Officer said.
“We know you’ve got great community spirit, and we’ll support you by helping to challenge and clean up fly-tipping in areas outside your homes.”
How you can help...
Please report issues of fly-tipping to us and include details and pictures as evidence – maybe you saw a number plate, a name on a van, or recognised someone dumping rubbish in your community – let us know.

Report fly-tipping and share your pictures with us via your My Muir portal, via Whatsapp on 0330 221 5852, emailing us and attaching pictures to info@muir.org.uk or by calling us on 0300 123 1222.
Make sure you include details of where and when the pictures were taken.
What we’re doing...
We’ll use evidence you provide to take action against people who fly-tip in your communities where possible.
We’re working with our Grounds Maintenance contractor, Tivoli, to remove fly-tipping and rubbish from your communities to ensure they remain clean and safe.

Tivoli will be holding regular ‘litter picks’ to help ensure your community remains a place to be proud of.
We recently worked with Tivoli to remove rubbish from our Glebe Green and St Chads estates in Winsford.
We’ll continue working with you to help fight back against fly-tipping.
