“We looked at other properties but they were out of our price range,” said Harrison.
“But buying a certain percentage made it easier to buy in with a deposit.
“Going with shared ownership has allowed us to have the capital to invest and get the house how we want it.
“It was time for us to move out and it was the perfect investment without using too much money up front.
“The property is ideal.”
Harrison, 25, and 27-year-old Beth plan to buy more shares in their two-bedroom home in the future due to how well shared ownership has worked for them, and their experience with Homes By Muir.

“The size of the garden with the house is really good.
“We wouldn’t have been able to move here without the shared ownership option.
