LEARN HOW WE’RE PERFORMING FOR YOU IN THE 2024-25 TENANT SATISFACTION MEASURES (TSM) REPORT

LEARN how we’re performing based on your feedback in the new 2024-25 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).

Your feedback shows most customers are satisfied with our overall service, feel your home is safe and that you’re treated with fairness and respect, being kept informed about things that matter to them.

We understand there’s more work to do to enhance our repairs service and maintaining communal areas.

Launched by the Regulator of Social Housing, the TSMs provide customers with an overall view of how social landlords perform - giving you a greater voice and ensuring you receive decent and safe, quality homes and services.

The TSMs cover 22 areas – with ratings provided by you, our customers.

Some words from us…

We’re delighted to share our TSM results for 2024/25 with you and we’re proud to have made great progress,” Liam Radford, Muir’s Assistant Director of Customers said.

“Your overall customer satisfaction has increased from 74.9% to 82.8% over the past three years, which means we’re among the top performing landlords.

“We’re committed to delivering the best possible customer experience.

“We’re proud customers feel their home is safe and are treated with fairness and respect, being kept informed about things that matter to them.

“We’re fully focused on delivering meaningful improvements to  our repairs service and maintaining communal areas.

We’ll be asking more about this in #TheBigChat between April to September 2025 – so be sure to get involved and have your say!
