NEW ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR ‘ASB APP’ MEANS MORE WAYS TO TACKLE IT WITH MUIR
YOU CAN now provide anti-social behaviour (ASB) evidence to Muir in a new way that makes things easier, smarter and better.
We’ve signed up to the ‘ASB App’ a service used by more than 150 social housing landlords in the UK.
If you report ASB to us and we open a case to investigate, we’ll send you an invite to join the ASB App via the Appstore or via the www.asbapp.co.uk website.
Then, you can upload videos, photos, add diary entries and give us the evidence we may need to resolve the issue.
“If you report ASB and we open a case to investigate, we can this up on the ASB App,” Jo Worthington, Muir Community Housing Manager said.
“You can use the ASB App on a smartphone or computer which makes providing evidence sending us direct messages too, so you can discuss it with your Tenancy Services Officer, making things easier, smarter and better for you.”
With a dedicated ‘ASB Respect’ action line, you can call 0800 075 6699 from 5pm to report incidents that happen outside of normal working hours. This will be shared with Muir, so we can take action if needed.
