The new Customer Voice Partnership gives you chances to take The Next Big Step and help us shape services you receive based on your experiences.

Now we’re hosting two online Question and Answer (Q&A) sessions explaining more about how you can get involved — become a member of the Customer Voice Partnership, or its new Chair. 
 

How do I attend an online Q&A session?

You can drop-in online at any time between 5:30pm-6:30pm on 8th or 22nd July to learn more.  
 
 

What’s the new Customer Voice Partnership? 

The new Customer Voice Partnership  has been co-created with your National Residents Group (NRG), directly from what customers told us in The Big Chat.

The Partnership is a group of customer advisors who share their views, experiences, and ideas to help shape our services. They play a vital role in how we listen, learn, and improve.
