THE BIG CHAT: HUNDREDS OF RESIDENTS HAVE HAD THEIR SAY – MAKE SURE YOU DO TOO!

HUNDREDS of residents have already taken part in The Big Chat – make sure you have your say too!
We’ve spoken with more than 400 of you so far, at 17 events in communities across our regions to learn how we can make things easier, smarter and better for everyone.
We’ve been knocking on doors and talking with you in your homes and gardens, holding spring cleaning skip days, coffee mornings, and handing out free ice-creams as you tell us about the things that matter most to you.
Your feedback can make a massive difference to how we deliver services you receive as we listen on what you tell us in The Big Chat.
It’s great to know how changes we’ve made after acting on your feedback in the last Big Chat have made things easier, smarter and better too – helping to maximise your quality of life.

We’ve also been contacting residents with online surveys and over the phone so everyone can get involved in a way that suits them.
