We regularly inspect your gas appliances to ensure they don’t present a danger to you – and now we’re rolling out further training for colleagues, because we want to do even more.
Tenancy Services Officers, Customer Experience Advisors and more members of our maintenance teams will all receive training.

“Extra training will help more colleagues spot signs of potential dangers, enable them to recognise the symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning and give them the confidence to act swiftly and correctly.
“It'll help more of us to identify issues when we visit your home so we can be more responsive, as we continue to live up to our Customer Commitment.”
As your landlord, we have a legal obligation to carry out an annual gas service in your home.
It’s very important that you allow the engineer access to perform these vital checks so we can identify any potential risk to you and your family.
This service is very important. Faulty gas appliances can cause death from undetected fumes.
Landlord Gas Safety Certificates must be renewed every year by a registered Gas Safe engineer.
