What’s the Customer Voice Partnership?
Our Customer Voice Partnership brings customers together to share their views, experiences, and ideas – to help shape our services.
They play a vital role in how we listen, learn, and improve. Together, they provide customer influence, constructive challenge and a strong voice at regional and local levels – influencing and shaping what matters most about where they live.
How many members are you looking for?
We’d like up to 12 customers to join our new Partnership, and one Chair to lead it.
How much time will I need to give?
For members, there are four partnership meetings per year, plus two ‘Regional Matters’ forums. The times and places of these meetings will be agreed by members.
We expect the Chair role to involve 12-14 days per year.
How are the meetings held?
Two meetings per year will be solely online and two will be in-person. The two ‘Regional Forums’ will also be in-person. We'll always have the option to join online though although we'd prefer members to attend in-person meetings.

Partnership members are voluntary, but all expenses will be covered.
How will this improve things for all residents?
Customers asked to be more involved in decisions about their homes and neighborhoods in The Big Chat. The new Customer Voice Partnership will help make that happen.
It will ensure the customer voice is heard at the highest level of our business, focusing on high-impact topics, including regional and local matters.
