Customer announcement - Muir's new service system set to go live
MUIR is introducing a new state-of-the-art management system in order to enhance its customer service experience.
The housing association is integrating the new Cx housing management system which is targeted to deliver significant improvements in customer service and reduce costs by improving efficiency.
All staff have been fully trained on using the new Cx system, and are very enthusiastic about the significant improvements it will deliver to customers.
It will ensure they are kept fully informed regarding issues raised, aid us in keeping our commitment to working timelines, allow us to access all records instantly and streamline existing working processes.
Mark Pearson, Muir’s Assistant Director of Communities and Customer Service (pictured right) said: “We are delighted to implement this exciting new housing management system.
“It will improve on the excellent level of customer service that Muir is able to provide.
“This system will enable us to deal with more issues effectively at the first point of contact which will be of great benefit to customers.”
Muir’s use of the new system will begin on Thursday, November 3rd, and will gradually become fully operational for our staff and customers in the weeks that follow.
During this time, staff will have limited access to our previous housing management system, but will still be able to take enquiries as normal.
However, during that period it may not be possible to fully respond to enquiries until Cx becomes fully operational.
Please bear with us over the coming week as we make this major change to the housing management system.
Any short-term disruption that may be encountered will be rectified as quickly as possible.
