How can you remove mould from my home?

We work with environmentally friendly, odourless treatment products that are safe for pets and people.

We use them to wash mould away from your walls, windows, and other areas – killing it and removing its roots before providing a protective barrier for added defence, and reduce the likelihood of it reoccurring.

The process usually takes less than one hour. We also work with ventilation specialists, Envirovent to ensure your home is properly ventilated so air circulates freely – reducing breeding grounds for mould.

Mould is a microscopic fungus that grows in wet and damp places.

Signs of mould at home include small black spots, white or green patches on the walls, and a damp and musty smell.

The respiratory effects of damp and mould can trigger existing health conditions, cause serious illness and, in the most severe cases, death.

Megan Moss, DMC and Disrepair Compliance Officer at Muir said: “There are many reasons why damp and mould can grow in your home, and we don’t want anyone to live with this problem.

“Report it to us on 0300 123 1222, so we can help.”
