WE’RE coming towards our final Stock Condition Surveys – helping us understand how we can enhance your Muir homes.
Over the past 18 months, we’ve completed more than 5,600 surveys of homes, communal areas and other assets, with results telling us what we can improve and when.
The surveys influence where and when we upgrade things like kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and more – to ensure we continue providing homes to he happy in that also reach the Decent Homes Standard .
Results also show us how we can make homes more energy efficient, helping to cut your energy costs and improve sustainability while working towards our net-zero carbon goal.
